Was pretty quick. There was a phone interview with George and he asked a few questions. If he liked you, you came in for a face to face. The face to face was straight forward. Basic questions. You had a document you had to fill out. It was questions about different aspects of IT. Pretty easy. Even though they said it did not matter. The problem is the bait and switch tactic. They said even though this was a Senior Systems Administrator position there was very light network and other duties. Which is fine but when getting into the work load it was far from this and more network stuff.
