They said I was selected for an interview, made an appointment, then the day before said they were double booked and need to reschedule. Then I got a message weeks later stating I was not selected for the position. It felt very disorganized.

Phone call with HR, onsite interview in Everett, WA with the Director and Manager. Came back on a different day for an onsite interview with Supervisors and select members of the hiring team. It took a month for them to make a decision. Got a lowball offer of less than 75K so I ended up declining it.

Entrevista
There are two rounds of interviews. The first one will meet the management team to talk about your background and personality, and they will ask you about your experience and work style. If you are invited to the second round, you will meet your future co-workers and have the chance to chat with them or ask questions, then end up with meeting with the program director.

Have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Always having you do something thats not what’s intended. I was really disappointed when I realized i made the wrong move by joining their team
