The interview team asked difficult but fair questions. Some members of the team seemed to like to talk more than listen. Managers from each department, along with a partner, participated in the interview panel. The compensation packages seemed to be fixed to a schedule by title rather than by experience and ability, but it was nice to see that the firm had structure.

Submitted my resume, few days later received a call for interview. 1st interview went well, week later came in for the second interview. I met with a partner and a week later I got an offer
