Worst interview Experience ever in the 3rd technical/managerial round ,Interviewer did not attend the first meeting ,it has to be rescheduled, again the second time i waited for her for around 30 mins, later she joined and was talking with her family, she asked me if I was a trainee and then asked if I was interviewing for backend developer role .Clearly shows they did not care to go through my CV even once, It was very clear she did not prepare any question and randomly asked irrelevant question that was and questions on internal working of JAVA only.I tried to give my best and answered and also completed the program question she ask me to write in the first go . The interviewer was not clarifying the question properly,I am not even sure if she was listening to my answers because she kept silent most times and suddenly move to another question Moreover she did not take my name correctly even once throughout the meeting.I never expected such kind of carelessness from a interviewer of a reputed organisation. first two technical rounds were good ,friendly interviewer , difficulty of interview was average

Gainsight came to our college for recruitment for the above profile. It had 1 online test(4 coding questions+technical mcq's) on hackerearth platform and 3 F2F interviews(2 technical and 1 managerial). Online test was held in Jan and all 3 interviews in single day in Feb First technical interview was of 1.5 hrs in which first half was focused on CS subjects[OS,CN,DBMS,SQL,OOPS] and the second half was focused on coding[DSA] . Second technical interview was of 1 hour entirely comprising of coding questions . Managerial interview was the hiring manager round of 20 min consisting of HR/managerial questions, puzzles and discussion about project. At last 3 students were selected from our college.
