Interview set up in early December. She no-showed. I had to follow up and then she agreed to meet a few hours later. GHOSTED HARD after that, despite multiple follow-ups and them having read my emails (I have "read receipts" on). It's been almost a month and still no response. Not even a "no-update update." TERRIBLE. This is what every candidate dreads, and it certainly does no favors from an employer branding standpoint. I now wouldn't accept an offer from this company even if it were presented, since this is the sub-par standard they hold themselves to. It's clear they have no idea how to treat people going through their hiring process.
