I was interviewed by one lady, a lead who seemed like a hot mess, stretched tshirt and she was very unprofessional. All she wanted to do was talk, barely asked any questions. I answered the few questions she asked well, used the start method. Was told I would hear back very soon on a decision. I sent a follow up email thanking her for the time and consideration etc… it’s been 4 weeks and another email was sent on week three on my behalf. I have been ghosted.
