I was contacted by a Recruiter who asked very basic questions. Waited five days to hear back from him. Moving along to panel interview. Waited another four days to hear back. Interview was scheduled then changed multiple times. When I actually got the interview, two of the four panelists did not show up. So disorganized, poor candidate experience and the Recruiter, he knew nothing about the job could not answer any of my questions.
