The interview was good and they asked me introduction and basic hr questions for the role it was pretty easy if you are good at communication then you'll for sure crack the job.

The entire process was extremely messy and unstructured.
It started with an Online Assessment, followed by 2 technical rounds and a CTO interview. Every round was scheduled for 30 minutes according to HR, but each one ran for 1 - 1.5 hours. I cleared all rounds (confirmed by HR).
Instead of moving to salary, offer, or DOJ discussions, I was asked to speak with their Chief Architect “for 10 minutes” to check project alignment. However, the architect had no idea why the meeting was scheduled and turned it into yet another technical interview, even asking me to write JavaScript code again. This made no sense after three prior tech rounds if it was supposed to be for project fit. He had joined the Organisation recently and wasn’t fully aware of the projects himself.
After all this, the HR team stopped responding.. no calls picked up, no updates provided. Complete ghosting after a long multi stage process.
To add to the absurdity, all of this was for just average industry pay.
Overall: very unprofessional management, unclear process, shifting expectations, and unreliable communication. Candidates should be aware before applying.
