I had a scheduled phone interview. They asked me general questions on my experience with kids, customer service, and teamwork. Availability location wise seemed important. It was incredibly easy and very brief.

What ice breaker would you use to get students to introduce themselves?
I was interviewed over skype quickly--30 minutes. My interviewer was friendly and seemed as interested in education and learning as I was. I was asked to do a longer interview in a few days at the end of the 30 minutes.
