I had a very positive experience interviewing with Galileo in summer 2019. We firstly had a group interview with other counselors that assessed our soft skills. We then had a second more individual interview where the interviewer asked us about specific skillsets that were needed to be a counselor.

Entrevista
The interview process was a group interview with basic interview questions. This interview was unique because each candidate had to lead a game to the other candidates as if they were instructing campers how to play the game.

Group with interview with other potential candidates. Presented a game or song as if everyone else was campers. We also answered questions relating to situations you might face at camp or seeing how creative you can be.

How would you address a parent that has come up to you with a concern about something that happened to their child at camp, but the camp director/whoever is in charge is not currently present to answer their question?
Fast, fun, and easy. The interview was both a one-on-one and in a group setting. One-on-one asked questions related to the job title. Group setting was based on interactions with one another.
