After a standard set of interview questions, they asked me to demonstrate a song, game, or activity. There were two individuals interviewing me, the camp director and a higher (I believe regional director)

The interview process was really chill. It was a group interview in fact. Everyone joins a zoom meeting. Everyone has to answer different situation questions and what they would. do.

Applying is simple, but you maybe offered positions you didn't apply for. Interview is done through group interviews. You will be asked to demonstrate how you would act as an instructor and how you would react in different scenarios you may encounter in camp.
