I had 1 phone screening with the HR recruiter clarifying I was a match for the role (salary range, full-time, in-person, experience, etc.) The phone screening was followed by 2 virtual interviews, and 1 in-person interview. Each interview was with 2 hiring managers. Questions were straight-forward: Why are you interested in this position, give us examples of how you conducted yourself in specific situations in your prior roles.
