Multiple interviews. 1 over the phone and one in person. You will need to show interest in insurance and show you are knowledgable. There are two sides of the business so know what you want to go into before the interview

2 rounds. One phone call with younger producers, one with the presidents of each division in which you rotate between 2 rooms. Both were online (on Zoom or phone). Not really technical, more behavioral and character based.

It is a great way to get experience talking to many high-level people at a national company. The first screening process is easy enough, but the second round is with six other people. There are three rounds, and it is all behavoral.

There were 4 rounds- one phone call, 3 teams meetings. Everyone was extremely friendly and asked questions to get to know you better. There were no curveballs or tricky questions.
