I met with lots of people and each one had very intelligent and thoughtful questions. They were all very interested in my story and open to answering my questions about culture, goals, challenges, etc. It was a nice balance of traditional questions (what experience prepares you for this role? What are some situations when you had to gain consensus with various stakeholders?) and a genuine exchange of ideas of how the role could impact the organization and what my ideas might be.
