It was a group interview. First we went over expectations and examples, then we went around the table and did practice readings. We finished with a tour of the call center.

This was an extremely easy hiring process. I got a call about three days after I applied and I was invited to a group interview the following week and started the week after that. There is a short phone interview where they ask basic questions, that require almost no thinking.

Easy group interview process. Got hired after a group interview. Had to read in front of a group to make sure you can clearly speak English. The process was easy.

Interviewer was courteous, friendly and professional, everything was explained upfront. Kind and respectful, all in all a great process. I was very impressed with the interviewing process as a whole. Would happily recommend.
