The "pre-screening" tests were very thorough. If I recall correctly, it is very similar (maybe exact?) to the StrengthsFinder test that one can take online. If your "Strengths" match the perceived Strengths needed to succeed in the position, Gallup then contacts you for a phone interview. The phone interview consists of an analyst asking basic & scripted questions to which one's answers are 'coded.' If one's coded answers -- again -- match the profile of the position, one will then be invited for an in-person interview.
