I was vert disappointed in their recruitment process. I was initially contacted by their internal recruiter on linkedin and we had a wonderful call afterwards about the job. However, I was asked to take a personality tests following this chat, and all i was told afterwards was that "my personality does not fit their company culture" - which i found horrible. Firstly, ALL psychometric tests need to be used ALONGSIDE an interview, in order to make a decision on a candidate's personality. At Gallup, I was not even given feedback on my results, or even asked about my answers, I was just told that I was unsuited for the company. Secondly, as long as they will be so strict about the personality types they want in a candidate, they will potentially lose a lot of good people. I was very disappointed in the experience, and it was obvious that they have no knowledge of how psychometric tests work. I never expected a company like Gallup to have such a bad recruitment process.
