Entrevista
The recruiter was the nicest I have ever worked with. First interview with the hiring manager was the best I've ever felt coming out of an interview. Final round was three back-to-back 30-minute interviews, followed by a 25-minute presentation I had to give based on a prompt, followed by a 20-minute panel Q and A with all four interviewers to that point. I put a lot of time into preparing the presentation (based off a prompt they sent one week prior), but after the final round, it was pretty clear they should have known not to bring me that far in the process. I felt humiliated. They told me they would get back to me in a week. Eight days later, I got a call from the hiring manager who had previously been really nice to me, but this time, their tone was cold, saying I wasn't a fit based on the people I would be working with (i.e., I am beneath them and not their calibre of person). I knew I wasn't going to get it and was so embarrassed, but the explanation and tone just made me feel worse about myself. Be careful about them hyping you up and making you feel good about yourself with the initial interviews. Unless you are an absolute all-star who exudes confidence and has indestructible self-esteem, do not bother.

Pergunta 1
-What are your weaknesses?
-Where do you see yourself in five years?
-Say you have a questionnaire due to a client tomorrow, but the methodologist gets a draft to you late today, and it doesn't fit with what you know the client is going for. You can't make changes to it yourself, and the methodologist doesn't have time to work through changes and doesn't think changes are necessary. What do you do?
-Describe the best working partnership you have with a coworker and why it works well. (Something like this)
-You have a client who is pushing you to do work that is out of scope. How do you handle this?
-How would you go about partnering with a client and its two stakeholders who have different priorities and personalities? How would you align on objectives and define success? How would you build rapport with each of them? How would you demonstrate credibility? How would you communicate with the stakeholders and internal team? What tools would you use? What challenges could you foresee happening in a survey project like this?
The Interview process is overly long - a candidate has to go through multiply technical assessments and then after that, 3 rounds of interviews? Making candidates jump through too many hoops but treating them as disposable

the process was very straightforward, I was accompanied by Tony the whole time, I first met with him and then with the hiring manager for a second interview, finally I was asked to present before a panel and answer questions.

Prepare a presentation for a client explaining engagement
After completing the online tests, the interview process was relatively straightforward. Communication about the process was easy and clear, and the questions weren’t particularly difficult. Everyone whom I interviewed with was friendly and welcoming, even though I didn’t ultimately receive an offer.
