One, two, or three phone call sessions of rapid-fire questions which are used to gauge if you're suited for the position and how well you'll fit in with Gallup's culture. If you make it to the next stage, you'll interview in person with one (or two) members of the management team.

It was impersonal - they asked a series of personality assessment questions and if I took too long to answer they moved on to the next mid-sentence. The interviewer didn't seem to be specific to the role or unit. I almost felt like I was being called from their call center.
I have completed 2 of the interviewing assessments, I think they both went well and were great questions. Hope I get a phone call to continue in the next steps of the onboarding process.

asking if you are open-minded, if your more of a leader or a listener, etc.
Great interview, good follow up and communication. Enjoyed the process and the contact with employees. The questions were thought provoking, well thought out, and created an interesting conversation. Would interview again if given the opportunity.
