I applied through a job posting on Linkedin, did not hear from them for a very long time and then got a phone call after about three weeks. After that call I had a one-hour HR zoom interview that was quite strange, the lady that was talking to me was not looking even remotely close to the camera and it looked like she was not listening when I was talking. at the end I did get the sense that she was satisfied and that I will move to the next stage, but I haven't heard anything from them after that interview, not even an "unfortunately" email. I've sent her an email a week later to ask about my status and didn't get any reply.
