1. HR preliminary;
2. Tech test 1 (list of questions on English for Head Office);

4. Final interview.
Questions from Paris was interesting and entertaining, while behavior of interviewers in Ukraine was disgusting.

After sending an e-mail in regards to the application, I got a reply after 2 weeks with a producer-test.
This test consisted out of 3 elements; write an extensive critique about 2 games, answer questions about producer-type situations and games and describe how you would create a 10-min demo.
This was quite some work, and after handing it in I got a reply saying "the results were negative" - with no explanation at all.
After my reply asking for more information in regards to why, I never got a reply.

They give you to complete several stupidest tests I had ever seen, I filled everything and had no feedback on tests results, at the end of the process they just said that they are not ready to make an offer.

They asked about whether I am ready to easily leave my current position, strange question when I had already applied to their position, that already means I am ready to change the job, other questions were the same level of stupidity, seems they wanted to identify my motivation.

I applied online and after some days I received an email to take a test. In that test you will see project management questions, product questions and also HR questions (salary expectations) I made the test and 3 weeks later an HR agent told me that the test was successfully and take a first interview.
The first interview was in english with a Senior Game Producer, it was ok but in the air is that HQ do micromanagement and although the people and the environment is great seems to be a very stressful work. Management seems that do not want to hear their employees.
After 3 weeks I contact them (they didn't told me nothing) and told me that I need to go to a second interview. Same questions and worst feeling that in the first one. People is happy with their folks but do extra hours because management in Paris (HQ) do not hear them and change things from one day to another. Strange behavior for a company like this.
The day after that, the HR agent called me and told me that Studio Director want to have the last interview but the problem is that they just realized that I'd answered the salary expectations and it is much higher than the offer. Obviously, for me was a total lack respect and I didn't want to have a last interview.
Total waste of time
