Applying for the job involved four calls and an assessment, but it was worth it. The team is incredibly passionate, and the work they’re doing is genuinely interesting. Unlike many companies, they were refreshingly transparent, sharing plenty of details about how the team operates, why they keep it small, and the benefits of working in-office. Overall, they come across as a fantastic company to work for.

It was a really short video interview where they asked some basic questions to get a general idea of who I was. Nothing technical - most of the information were things already made available on my CV.
