The interview was with recruiter and hiring manager. The interview went well and I thought there would be another and final interview. I never heard from the recruiter to check in and never heard anything back. The recruiter asked me to communicate any changes as a two-way street. I followed up and was ghosted by recruiter. This experience soured me to Gap and I would never apply for another role there. I think there is a lack of diversity and inclusion and I know that my candidacy was taken not seriously at all. The company doesn't hire people from my background and walk of life. I am an Hispanic person and I looked on LinkedIn and didn’t see diversity at the company. My experience is that the company is only hiring for “perfect for cultural fit."
