I had an interview with HR that was mostly explaining the company structure and their process of embedding researchers with clients. The second interview had a the HR interviewer, a representative from the client with whom I would have been embedded and a Sr. UX Researcher who conducted the interview. She asked a number of open-ended questions relating to research processes. I definitely felt like I was being tested. No real feedback was given on my answers. I felt quite nervous by the end of it.
