I had a 30 minute call with the recruitment director that ran over. She noted that I ticked all the boxes and had some additional nice to haves. It was a very pleasant conversation and she told me all about the next steps, who I would meet with, what those meetings would be like, and how long the process would take. I left feeling very positive. But then I never heard from them again. I sent an upbeat thank you email right away and then another follow up 10 days later to see if they were still interested.
