recruitment process is fairly simple though difficult. because of elimination process in initial 2 stages, majority don't pass through the initial stages. Key to get an interview is to prepare well for these 2 steps.

Honestly it was pretty simple. There is a written test you have to pass to obtain an interview. I would say if you're good with grade 11/12 math & english then you should be fine! After passing the written test(s), you are selected for an interview with questions to answer
