Fairly standard competencies based interview. I didn`t get the job though had al the experience needed. Company's office is based in the middle of nowhere, hard to get there if you don`t drive. I interviewed on Thursday and was promised a call back the following Monday, regardless of the decision. I was very disappointed that that did not happen. I was only contacted a week later probably because of me chasing them every day during this week. Finally next Thursday I was told that they liked me and has only positive feedback but have another candidate whom they will interview on Friday... Finally comes Friday and in the evening I received a call from my recruitment agent. Here`s feedback - "They didn`t like that you said that micro management is your least favourite management style because it`s not like there will be always someone on your case but they felt that the other candidate would suit better". If I`m honest this is the most ridiculous interview feedback I have ever received. Probably best I didn`t start with them. Good luck delivering a world class customer service micro-managing your managers! lol
