This interview was an HR screening. I spoke with a recruiter over the phone who was very knowledgeable of the engineering field and what the engineering team was looking for. They asked both technical and soft skill questions.

Interview process consisted of a phone screen, then a Teams video interview, then an onsite interview with multiple rounds. The interviewers were cordial and asked appropriate questions. It felt like a genuine conversation based off what my experience was. Overall was a positive experience despite not getting an offer. The big negative was how long it took between stages and to hear whether or not I got an offer. Other than though the process was fair.
