I interviewed with their recruiter for a pretty standard screening call. For the most part, it was very aligned with a traditional screening. HOWEVER, the one thing I truly took away from that call was the recruiter talking about how transparent the organization was. After which point said they would be moving me to the next round and would follow up shortly to do so. The next day, I received an auto-rejection email, which I assumed was a mistake. I followed up to confirm if it was a mistake, never to be heard from again. Pretty messy if you ask me.
