I received a call from a recruiter who was friendly and helpful. She quickly arranged a first official interview in which I was asked a lot of general background information. There wasn't a sense of intimidation or "gotcha" questions, which was pleasant. I then was invited to a culture-oriented interview and another interview with additional team members. This was a more structured interview where they asked more "checklist"-type questions.
