There are lots of rounds, with each round getting harder. There is a case study round and a panel interview. I do think that everyone is super friendly and helpful for the interviews, but be prepared for it to take about a month.

In the case study, you had to walk through what your strategy would be and how you would approach the specific case. You need to be extremely detailed and over-explain.
Straight forward, Market research including how to derive trends, market size numbers, comp analysis, and opportunities. Location assesment case study, can follow metrices such as talent supply, real estate costs, and others with weightage given to each
The interview process was initially well-driven with prompt feedbacks; however, later the HR ghosted with so many rounds. With no feedback nothing. Which is sadly the reality of the job market now
