An initial introductory phone call, followed up by a phone interview (STAR format). A recruiter contacted me and told me about the position. I was then interviewed over the phone by another recruiter.

Explain the difference between Gartner and CEB
Explain how either professionally or academically you have been in the top 20% of achievers
3 to 4 rounds. which included sales pitches as well in 2 rounds with the the TAs. Common sales questions will be asked, you just have to follow the STAR method to get the answers clear.

It was a great process for me. There were 3 rounds of interviews and each round came with a pleasant experience. Each person I met with was great! I would highly recommend.
