Entrevista
I was first headhunted through linked-in and had an initial call where they explained to me the details about the position and asked me general questions about myself. At first, the interviewer told me to rethink some of my questions and schedule another call. We had three calls before she advanced me to the next stage and I am currently waiting to do the next interviews for the role.

Entrevista
Very detailed online interviews in the beginning of the conversation. It is very important to work with the Gartner traits which have been asked several times throughout the interview. The person which is interviewing you will emphasise the importance of these. After you successfully pass on to the next round, you will be also given the opportunity to speak with someone from your team, this gives you a great opportunity to get to know whom you will be working with.
