Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Gartner (Egham, England).
Entrevista
The Gartner recruitment process was made of 3 phone calls, 1 one to one interview and 1 panel interview.
I sent my CV to HR in Gartner. After a few days I received a first short call to fix a telephone appointment.
In the first call the interviewer described the company and the position, asking at the same time about me, my past experience and my current job. after that the recruiter sent me a brochure and some information regarding the Company.
The second call was basically focused on he features that a successful candidate should have and a link between these traits and my background experiences. This interview was structured also in order to understand my "drive" for this position and an alignment between what I am looking for and what they are looking for. The call was approximately 1 hour long.
The third call was with my current Manager and was very tough and surprising. The approach was different from any other interview I had previously. He tried to put me in trouble during the conversation and there was an intense use of Anxiety questions. But this was very nice to prove to him and to myself that I really want this job and I will have the correct features.
1-2-1 interview: in London I had a face-to-face meeting with the Manager. He behaved in order to make me feel comfortable and we went in depth on what we told on the previous calls.
The final step, the panel interview, involved my area manager, another area manager and an HR representative. It was as interesting exercise in order to understand how I will react in a real sales situation.
I am really satisfied and proud to be part of this company now, where I am sure I will do great as all the amazing people around me are doing.

Pergunta 1
"Look back at the whole recruiting process. Do you think you did well? In my shoes, being objective, would you hire yourself?"
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Gartner (Barcelona) em abr. de 2019
Entrevista
The interview process was composed of five steps.
4 steps were interviews on the phone with recruiters, steps number 3 and 4 including a little sales role-play.
The final step was in person in the Barcelona office with the recruiter that was there since the beginning of the process, a manager and the VP of sales.
Overall, the process was very smooth and I was very well accompanied receiving constructive feedback (very helpful!) from the recruiter between each step.
They really want you to do well and give you all the info you need to succeed.
Special thanks to Roberta !

Describe a time when you showed integrity in your work.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Gartner (Egham, England).
Entrevista
4 rounds of interviews:
1. Initial phone call & Gartner Introduction
2. Phone call consisting of "Tell me a time when" questions
3. Continuation of stage 2 with more detail and a phone call role play
4. Assessment day with another role play
From my experience the recruitment process overall was excellent.
It was was well organised and they gave candidates tangible feedback on how to improve. The company is big on coaching and likes people who can take advise and continually develop.
If you have done sales before it should be challenging but not too difficult.
Also make sure you apply for other jobs simultaneously as I feel the company took me more seriously when they knew I was applying for multiple roles.
