Standard process confused by HR - one screening interview, one with management and a case based interview. Follow hopefully by a complex, dragged-out process managed by HR.

Colloquio psico attitudinale, non ho superato il primo step, non ero abituato a domande non tecniche ma puramente orientate al rapporto col potenziale cliente "come reagiresti se un cliente non fosse d'accordo con quello che dici"

Entrevista
Fairly long process stretching 2 months. There was an initial screening by an HR, followed by a more detailed conversation with a HR manager, to align with expectations.
This was followed by two, 1-1 meetings with a Sr. Director and a Managing Vice President. Conversations mostly revolved around past experiences and how it aligns to the current role. There were some textbook behavioral questions as well.
Then for the final round - there was a case presentation to a panel of 4 - consisting of MVPs and Sr. Directors. You get 1 week to prepare for the presentation. The case presentation also involves a Q&A at the end.
Was presented with a verbal offer after a couple of days of the final presentation. The written offer took about a week to be generated.

It was made of nearly 5 stages and final stage was with a panel of 5 people.
I did not get an offer and did not get any rejection mail or feedback from HR despite asking for feedback.
