Three separate interviews, two via phone and one panel interview.
Theses took place weeks apart and feedback was provided the entire time as well as tips for success. It went by slower than anticipated.

Entrevista
The interview process took a while. The first round of interviews are with the HR rep and they ask you behavioural questions to see how your past experiences fits with the job. The interviewer asked me general questions such as how much I wanted for my salary as well as questions about my resume. They want you to use the STAR method to answer questions. After the first round you will be interviewed with the hiring managers for the department and then later you would be interviewed with a group of people who work in that department that you applied to. I heard back from them on a Sunday night at 12:45 am with a rejection letter so you could hear back from them at anytime of the day.

Entrevista
The process consists of a 20-30 minute call with the internal recruiter to discuss the company, the role, your background etc. The next stage is one hour telephone interview based on your knowledge of Gartner, the role and competency questions around Gartner's 4 traits (which they will explain ahead of the interview). The third stage is a WebEx interview with 2 hiring managers which follows a similar format to the previous interview. The final stage is a panel interview in the office, consisting of a pre-prepared presentation, a web demo and some more competency questions.
The whole process was designed to guide you, not to trick you or catch you out. Everyone that I dealt with was really helpful and friendly.
