Started with a phone screening with a recruiter which lasted about 30 minutes. They told me a bit about Gartner, asked me some questions about what I was looking for was well as a few behavioral based questions and then offered me the opportunity to ask questions. At the end I was given critiques and told right away I was being moved onto the next process. Second round was pretty much the same as the first. About 30 minutes talking on the phone with another recruiter, after which I was again told right away that I would be moving on to the final stage of the interview process. My final interview ended up being rescheduled two different times due to scheduling errors on their part. Final stage was an interview about 1 hour and 15 minutes long. It was about 45 minutes of behavioral questions during which one person would ask a question and the other would listen while you were answering in order to ask you more detailed questions about your response, followed by a role play scenario and the opportunity for you to ask questions. Overall this is a pretty intensive process for an entry level position and the role play scenario felt like something you should be doing after they had trained you on their specific program already. However, the main problem is the disorganization. After my final interview I was told I would hear back within a week. After I hadn't heard back I followed up a couple different times and still got no response, and then randomly one day I got an email from a new recruiter at their company saying they heard I was interested in the position and asking if I wanted to complete an initial phone screening... very unprofessional and unorganized coming from a company that places such a high emphasis on professionalism.

I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources

I had the first screening so far, waiting to hear ack if they're moving forward with my application. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.

The interview process was extremely professional and well-organized. The recruiter showed up on time and made sure to confirm all the small details. The interview process is very detailed, and you really need to be super well-versed on every aspect of your resume.
