Long, In depth interview. Started with phone call screening. Advanced to next rounds and became virtual video and then in person with upper management and recruiting team. They ask challenging questions and value when interviewee asks questions back.

They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Entrevista
Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
