I have been asked by an internal Recruiter to have a chat about the role and my CV was put forward and never heard back!
Being a recruiter myself, candidate experience is the most important piece of the process, and the Recruiter got back to me with some excuse after 4 weeks of chasing !
Really bad process!

Entrevista
The process itself was clear, and the TA team helped to prepare for the upcoming interviews, however, the process is really lengthy, with 5-6 rounds involved, and a lot of time passes between rounds.

The question added during the interview where not relevant and the two interviewer were reading a notebook for their questions.
Did the second interview but never had any feedback.
Definitely doesn’t look like a company that would respect it’s employees
