The interview process is a very long process consisting of 4 interviews (in my case it was 5 interviews). Each interview takes about an hour with the exception of the last interview which took 2 hours. During the process, after the 2nd interview, you are expected to research and know their practices and must role play as if you already have the position. Each interview took a lot of my time aside from my already busy schedule. I mentioned it multiple times that it was hard for me to take out time so they were able to work around my schedule which was great. I spent hours researching and studying the role play prompts. After the 3rd interview, they were very inconsistent. My recruiter went on vacation and was filled in by someone else who would not return my calls nor text messages. I was finally able to schedule the 4th interview. It took 2 hours and at the end they mentioned that they would give me a yes or a no within 48 hours. I did not hear from anyone, I reached out multiple times and could not get an update. I got a call after 72 hours saying that they were going to recommend me to a different position. At the time I also received an offer from a different company that I interviewed for and I mentioned to them that I received an offer. They supposedly were going to "expedite" my process to get me that final interview and would get me scheduled for a final interview by the end of the day. They did not get me scheduled until a week later. Upset, I agreed and rushed to work and research for the new position (account Manager). They scheduled me at 7 AM on a Monday for the final interview. At 6 AM Monday morning, they shoot me a text saying that the interview was cancelled. By this time my original recruiter came back and was apologetic saying that that is not how Gartner does their business. Then that the earliest they had was for net Wednesday. I was not available at first and I put some work aside to make it work on Wednesday because I was stalling the other offer and I did not want to be unprofessional and not respond in time. I reached out back to the recruiter and he mentioned that now the earliest was Friday at 7:45 AM. I went through the whole process of the last interview. They got back to me after they promised they would get to me all to say I did not get the position. Overall a terrible experience since they wasted my time and put in jeopardy my other job offer and made me fall behind at my current work.
