You have a lot of work to do. The recruiters are slow to get back to you but I think it's part of their strategy. You'll have multiple phone calls with a lot of questions and if you make it past them you'll go in for a panel. Just because you make it to the panel doesn't mean you get the job. This is where they grill you to see how you react.

The interview process was terrible. The recruiter qualified me for multiple roles and then set me up for a hiring manager phone interview for a role that I did not know I was interviewing for. It made for a very awkward interview and I ended up withdrawing from consideration because the process was so unorganized and confusing.
