I dis not get through the last round, i asked for feedback and they mentioned that they would come back to me with it but they never did. Very unprofessional especially after i was in the process for over 2 months..

I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources

I had the first screening so far, waiting to hear ack if they're moving forward with my application. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.
