The recruiter rescheduled the interview last minute due to IT issue. I was waiting at the call until receiving her email. I was fine to reschedule however she then never come back to me even I sent another follow up email. They don’t value and respect the candidate at all.

It started off really well. The recruiter was approachable and friendly and the questions overall were typical ones you'd expect. I did feel the recruiter I spoke to was a little unorganised because she didn't send the link to her calendar, I had to chase her after she said she'd send an invite for the next stage etc. and these little things change the overall experience. After having gone through 3 rounds of interviews, they completely ghosted me. I emailed twice to ask when I'd hear back from them as it had been 2-3 weeks but I still didn't hear back so I just assumed I wasn't successful. I think this really affected my perception of the company because it was very positive up until that incident. Had they gotten back to me to tell me the outcome, I would have at least left on a good note.
