      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Gartner (Chicago, IL) em jan. de 2016

      Entrevista

      Very thorough process. 1st phase was an initial phone screen with recruiter/job poster. 15-20 minute conversation, very basic stuff. 2nd call was a few days later with Sr. Recruiter, lasted about 30 minutes. More in-depth questions, but still relatively basic. 3rd phase was a phone call with the Hiring Manager. Questions around sales style, previous successes, strengths/weaknesses, etc. 4th phase was an in-person interview at the office with the same Hiring Manager, lasting about an hour. I got a chance to speak to a couple members of the hiring manager's team, and discussed the company culture, my background, and other topics. 5th phase was a call with the regional VP, which lasted 20-30 minutes. More of the same (how I would be a good fit, what motivates me, etc.) Last phase was an in-person panel interview with both of the previous people I spoke to over the phone, with the recruiter joining via webcam. Format was a sales scenario roleplay where you assume you have the job and are talking to a new client. They will most likely throw you a curveball in some shape/form (mine was cutting the meeting time/agenda from 1 hour to 30 minutes, while covering the same amount of material and still "closing" the next meeting). Afterwards, I was told they would follow up in 24-48 hours with a decision. Ended up getting a call from the recruiter saying that they were going a different direction, citing my lack of experience for the position. Overall, one of the most time consuming interview processes I've ever gone through (about 4 weeks)
