I was initially contacted to set up an interview and provided my availability, but received no follow-up. After following up myself, I was told they were waiting on the hiring manager’s availability. I continued to follow up but ultimately did not receive further responses. This ghosting experience mirrored that of other candidates I spoke with. When it comes to clear communication and valuing candidates’ time, Garver could improve. While the company appears to work on exciting, large-scale projects, fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce does not seem to be a central focus.

Fairly simple job interview. They’re mostly trying to figure out who you are and the quality of person you are. Not like a typical interview, there are no tricky questions involved with it
