First interview with a recruiter and then a series of 3 interviews with increasing management individuals. They warn you the interview process is decently awkward due to a list of highly regulated questions. They are fairly basic questions mostly pertaining to how you handle change, initiative, and a flexible work environment. I reciprocated by asking about company culture and discussing working in a highly matrixed environment with a high degree of autonomy. They are really open to answering questions, but interviews are very time sensitive.
