There was no interview, we were asked to perform practices on dealing chips and cutting cards. The rules in playing baccarat was explained and we had to memorize it. Its a hand skill coordination test and a mind test. And also mathematical skills, ability to multiply in you mind and converting the result into chip denomination.

Entrevista
I'm an experienced dealer so they just ask me to come in to do table test. They test me on all games i know, mostly basic stuff with a few advanced moves thrown in for fun because it was obvious i know my stuff. Deal a few hands of BJ, Baccarat, spin the ball, do a few pay outs, show some press and pays on craps. After that, they asked about availability and some basic interview questions. I'd say a few hours total, and they let you know if you've got the job.
