I had opportunity to get chance to sit in interview placement drive of the Gateway via my college/university at Ahmedabad,So its just the basic ordinary like everyone first pre placement talk followed by a coding test/technical test on coderbyte platform then shortlisted candidates will get opportunity for HR round and Technical round just i want to say here is: if you literally want employees to come and join you guys then why cant you do atleast a fair process, yes no doubt you have your software which can evaluate the process but it was not just the mcq like thing it was literally a technical coding test why can't you even just see the logic implemented by the interviewee right and if you dont want to do that then atleast print the score print the errors atleast we find something to work on it literally they guys made me feel depressed

Too long process, candidate will be frustrated to get the job here. They sets round of interview process according to their need. They may take first salary discussion that is generally final round and if they feel we should not give this amount then will start from practical round and sudden verbal round , then again HR round.. you can assume what will be the next?

Interview is very smooth . asked questions like oops concepts,SQL, programme etc.in first round MCQ like aptitude, reasoning, verbal, Java, c#, GitHub etc. Difficulty is average. Last is HR round.
