Open and creative. It was very informal, which allowed for a more intimate style of review. Very nice manager, easy to understand what they are looking for. Straight forward. If you like helping people and are good with customer service, than it should not be an issue. Be sure to state the attributes you can contribute to make the day to day activities more efficient.
