VERY Shady hiring process. They will immediately contact anyone who kind of meets the job listing. They do this simply to throw their own “non official” version of a background investigation at you, which is every intrusive and ask you to submit a lot of sensitive data, even passport etc. This is all done before ANY official interview with a hiring manager, and BEFORE any tentative job offer is given. They simply do this to collect data and use for themselves, or to sell. Two days after I submitted my background they sent me a rejection letter, and they never even so much as ran a credit report on me either.
